Description
This report constitutes the deliverables required under Exhibit 1, Water Year 2007 (WY07) of the Colorado River Basin cloud seeding agreements executed March 21, 2007. Exhibit 1 describes activities that were to be performed in WY07. The three Lower Basin States provided $57,000 of which $40,500 was spent. The contract calls for deliverables for each activity performed this year.

The Tap-Smart Plan is a key strategic undertaking. Only through fostering a conservation culture in this semi-arid region can we truly ensure a sustainable water resource. The Tap-Smart Plan asks all of Denver's water users to eliminate water waste and share fairly the responsibility of water conservation. Conservation measures in this Tap-Smart Plan are grouped into seven categories.
