Description
When Bruce Wayne receives the man of the year award, fellow billionaire Lex Luthor becomes jealous and decides to run for President. To create the atmosphere for his type of fear-based politics Lex recruits the Joker to perfect a Black LEGO Destructor Ray which wreaks havoc on Gotham. Tom is left in charge of a priceless magical ring, he becomes horified to find this enchanted ring has become stuck on Jerry's head. Jerry takes off for the city and Tom has to go out looking for him in order to return the ring. The sorcerer's ring begins spouting out a torrent of mischievous magic.
